| Customer Reviews: Magellan Triton 300 - disappointed April 3, 2009 MD Watson (Durham, UK) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Waste of money. Clunky and slow to use. Software included was a DVD with a website-link and a fairly bland manual. To get any interaction with mapping software you had to download this and that, plus windows extensions (you know the ones that come with games and make your PC crash). Never did get it to work. Comes with fairly limited inbuilt map (it said I was to the west of a railway line when I could see that I was to the east). After munching its way through batteries at an alarming rate, it eventually died six months after purchase. Going to buy a Garmin now.
