It's nice to have a small radio you can take out to the garden with out blasting the neighbours.

Love this product I have a few wind up things now but have found this one to be worth every penny 1 mins winding gives you ten minutes of listening.

Firstly, amazon posted this to me so quick, even with super saver delivery i had this in a few days from when i ordered.
The radio itself is so small and light, yet amazingly well built and very sturdy. The buttons are very firm and sturdy and feel very good quality.
It lasts for ages on a short wind-up and the sound in terms of its quality and loudness is really quite impressive for the size of it.
The torch is a nice little bonus, which i thought would be naff, but its so bright it will definitely come in handy.
It also has a headphone jack, telescopic antenna and a little power cable which i think can be used to charge a mobile phone or something of similar low power - provided it fits your type of phone/device, but i'm sure you can get a cable or adaptor for your phone/device if you really want to use this feature.
No paper instructions in the box, but its kinda obvious what you do and the back of the box gives you some details of how long it will last for its different uses per wind-up time.

We bought this radio for a Christmas present for a young man of 6 who loves his music. He can plug himself in and listen till he has to rewind. Fantastic!!! No Batteries. The sound on this baby is Great and even with the volume turned up it still sounds great. It does what it says with panache. What more could you want?

I listen to the radio while im in the garden. This radio is great, no need to use any batteries. Just wind it up for a minute or so and off you go.
The volume and tuning knobs and sturdy and easy to turn.
The flashlight also can come in handy, best thing is its LED light which is bright white compared to the halogen lamps we have been use to which gives a yellow light.
Would recommend this if you go out for a picnic. The earphone socket is great so you dont have to disturb anyone whilst listening to my favourite station: LBC
Another feature is that it can charge your nokia phone. It has a nokia wire to charge your phone in emergency situation. At this price it has to be worth it compared to the other windup radios
