Just what's needed if you plan to remove your valuable satnav from the car while it's parked. Just make sure that you realise there's a carrying case in the accessory pack for the Garmin Nuvi 1490T - I didn't and ended up ordering one separately, which I then had to return! However - the return was no problem and the process worked very smoothly.

A well made case, which is a lot more than I can say for the useless 1490T which did not recognise ANYWHERE in Wales! The useless 1490T was sent back rendering the case superfluous! I did not send the case back as that is unfair to the 'blameless' seller. :-)
